Scream 2 (1997)
Billy's mother (Laurie Metcalf), posing as the local reporter, and Mickey (Timothy Olyphant), the film student, are the killers.
Dewey (David Arquette) survives again. You think Gale (Courtney Cox) dies, but she doesn't. But Sid's (Neve Campbell's) boyfriend Derek (Jerry O'Connell) does. And this time, so does Randy (Jamie Kennedy).
Oh, and Jada Pinkett Smith is killed in the first scene (but she's not the first victim — her boyfriend, Omar Epps, is). And Sarah Michelle Gellar is killed when she's thrown out an upper window and off a balcony at her sorority house.
