Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988)
Michael gets shot to death and falls into an underground mine. Later at his niece's house, someone puts on a mask and grabs a pair of scissors. The figure then walks into the bathroom and stabs the mother to death. It is then revealed the figure is actually Michael's niece. Kids these days.
