Halloween 3: Season of the Witch (1982)
Tom Atkins is able to defeat Cochran when the looney gets fried by the sacred stone. On the drive back to town, he finds out Ellie has been robotized and then has to kill her. Afterwards he hurriedly drives to the gas station. He calls the cable company and pleads with them to turn off the commercial. All but one station is turned off and the movie ends with Tom screaming into the phone for them to turn it off.
